Last updated: March 18, 2026
1. General
These terms of service (the "Terms") apply to all agreements between Konvad, CVR no. 37082880, (the "Provider") and the customer (the "Customer") regarding use of the AI Schema Generator platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, the Customer accepts these Terms in their entirety.
2. Scope of Service
The Service provides automated generation, validation and publication of structured data (schema markup) based on the content of the Customer's website. The Service is provided "as is", and the Provider assumes no responsibility for the Service meeting the Customer's specific needs, unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Provider reserves the right to continuously modify, update or improve the Service's functionality without prior notice, including changes resulting from updates by schema.org, Google or other third parties.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 General Disclaimer
The Provider disclaims all liability for direct and indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of operations, lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue or other financial losses arising from use of the Service.
3.2 No Guarantee of Search Engine Results
The Provider does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in specific search result placements, rich snippets, AI Overviews or other forms of visibility in search engines or AI systems.
3.3 Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party systems, including WordPress, schema.org and Google Search Console. The Provider is not responsible for downtime, errors, changes or limitations in third-party systems.
3.4 AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze content and generate schema markup. The Provider cannot guarantee that AI-generated output is error-free, complete or accurate in every situation.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
The Provider's total liability to the Customer is in all circumstances limited to the amount paid by the Customer to the Provider in the 3 months preceding the liability-causing event.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information and content provided through the Customer's website is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights; maintaining necessary access credentials; complying with applicable legislation, including GDPR; and backing up their own website content.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the Provider. The Customer obtains a non-exclusive, time-limited right of use. The schema markup generated for the Customer's website belongs to the Customer and may be freely used, also after termination.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
The Provider treats the Customer's data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The Customer's website content is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
7. Termination
The Customer may terminate their use of the Service at any time. Setup fees already paid are non-refundable. Upon termination, the Provider will cease monitoring and updating the Customer's schema markup. Existing published markup remains on the Customer's website.
8. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if this is due to circumstances beyond the Provider's control.
9. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' written notice.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the courts of Glostrup, Denmark.
