When you create an account, we collect: Name, Email address, Phone number (optional), Company name (optional), Profile picture (optional).

2.2 Technical Data

When using the Service, we automatically collect: IP address, Browser type and version, Device information, Time of access.

2.3 Website Data

To deliver the Service, we crawl and analyze the content on the websites you link to your account.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment information is processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for service delivery, communication, invoicing, service improvement, and legal compliance.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance), (c) (legal obligation), (f) (legitimate interests) and (a) (consent).

5. Sharing of Information

We share your personal data with data processors (hosting, payment, AI services), WordPress (for publishing) and authorities (if legally required). We never sell your personal data.

6. Transfer to Third Countries

Our data processors may store data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

7. Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while your account is active. Website data is deleted within 90 days of removal. Invoicing data is retained for 5 years. Log data is retained for up to 12 months.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under GDPR.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
