Payment Terms

1. Pricing Structure

1.1 Setup Fee

One-time setup fee of 2,500 DKK excl. VAT. Covers initial crawling, analysis and configuration. Non-refundable.

1.2 URL Price

Up to 200 URLs: 50 DKK per URL. Over 200 URLs: 30 DKK per URL for all URLs. One-time payment per URL.

1.3 Monitoring

Pay-as-you-go: 50 DKK per delivered markup update. No fixed subscription fees.

1.4 Agency Plan

Available on request. Includes white-labeling, onboarding, priority support. Price agreed individually.

2. Invoicing and Payment

2.1 Invoicing Period

Monthly consolidated invoice issued at the beginning of the following month.

2.2 Payment Deadline

14 days net from invoice date.

2.3 Automatic Payment

Registration for automatic payment via Stripe is available.

2.4 Payment Methods

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or bank transfer.

3. Late Payment

Reminder fee: 100 DKK per reminder. Late interest: 2% per commenced month. Suspension after 30 days. Collection for persistent non-payment.

4. Price Changes

60 days' written notice. Applies to future services.

5. Refunds

Setup fee is non-refundable. Already delivered services are not refunded.

6. VAT

All prices excl. Danish VAT (25%). Reverse charge for EU customers with valid VAT number.

7. Currency

All prices in Danish Kroner (DKK).
